The Benefits Trust was created on January 1, 1994 to provide customized administration services for multi-employer benefits plans.  The Trust’s mandate has since been expanded, to provide employers with customized employee benefit plans that met their corporate requirements.  Our unique method helps employers gain complete control over employee benefit costs; maximizes plan design flexibility; and enhances tax advantaged benefit opportunities for key executives and highly compensated employees.  The Benefits Trust has helped many Canadian corporations in various industries including:  finance / investment management; manufacturing; medical care; property management; and hospitality, to name a few.
